1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Video to Prompt AI (videotoprompt.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Video to Prompt AI is a SaaS tool that:

  • Analyzes uploaded videos using AI technology
  • Generates detailed prompts for Sora 2 AI video generation
  • Provides 3 free trial video analyses
  • Offers lifetime unlimited access for a one-time payment
  • Supports Hindi dialogue transcription and character consistency

3. Free Trial and Payment

Free Trial:

  • 3 free video analyses (no credit card required)
  • Access to both Video Analysis and Story Creation tools
  • Uses our API keys for processing

Lifetime Access:

  • One-time payment of $30 USD or ₹2,500 INR
  • Unlimited video analyses and prompt generation
  • Requires your own OpenAI API key
  • No refunds after activation (see Refund Policy)

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment and contact information
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload copyrighted content without permission
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
  • Secure your own OpenAI API keys (for paid users)
  • Not share access codes with others

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload videos containing:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Copyrighted material without authorization
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded videos. We claim no ownership over your content. The generated prompts are yours to use freely. Video to Prompt AI, its logo, and service design are owned by Himalaya Digital Hub.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with notice. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Video to Prompt AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for lifetime access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
